Welcome Bonus (100%): A 100% bonus will be added on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the total (deposit + bonus) 30 times. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds. A total of ৳60,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

• A minimum odds of 1.5 are required for Sports Betting wagers to count toward wagering requirements
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time
• A 20x wagering requirement applies to winnings earned from free spins
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements — withdraw directly
• Bj88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

For Sports Betting: Bets placed before an event begins are valid. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. In the case of a draw, settlement will follow pre-established rules.

If you wish to contest an account closure decision, you may submit an appeal to support@bj88-bangla.com within 30 days. Appeals may take up to 14 business days to review.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

All content on the bj88 platform — including logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of bj88 or its respective licensees.

Members may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content beyond personal use. Publishing any part of the platform elsewhere without bj88's written consent is strictly prohibited.

Bj88 is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a gaming session due to loss of internet connection
• Third-party software or device malfunction
• Temporary service disruptions due to unforeseen technical issues
• Password theft or account hacking due to the member's own negligence
• Claims for compensation over money lost in games

However, if a loss occurs due to a clear technical error on our part, bj88 will consider reasonable compensation. Please contact our support team in such cases.
